Kettlebell circuit – with video!

Welcome to the next edition of CIRCUITS, CIRCUITS AND MORE CIRCUITS. This one is allll about the kettlebell. I understand that not everyone will have easy access to one of these, but they will most definitely be at every gym. If you don’t have a gym membership, have a look online and purchase one! They can be expensive but think of it as an investment into your health and wellbeing. And you only need one of them.

You can do SO MUCH with a kettlebell, and this circuit I’ve created works to show that. I use a 12kg but anything between 5kg and 20kg (depending on your strength) will do.

Work 35 seconds on, 25 seconds off. Complete twice.

  1. KB Swing (double arm)
  2. Goblet squat with pulse
  3. KB Swing (alt arms at top)
  4. Single arm high pull (swap arms half way)
  5. Reverse lunge L
  6. Reverse lunge R
  7. Oblique twist
  8. KB Clean L
  9. KB Clean R
  10. RDL L
  11. RDL R
  12. Bent over row L
  13. Bent over row R
  14. Squat and high pull
